FAQ – Klondike IX



Q: How early do you suggest we arrive at the dock?

A: We recommend that you arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to the boat departing.  

Q: Do you go out rain or shine?

A: Yes the boat goes out rain or shine. If extremely bad conditions have been forcasted, the captain will decide whether it is safe to sail and post it appropriately.

Q: What do we need to bring with us?

A: Everything you need can be purchased or rented on the boat including fishing rods and tackle. You just need to dress appropriately for the weather that is forecasted.

Q: Can we bring coolers?

A: The Klondike has a full galley selling breakfast and lunch but you are more than welcome to bring coolers with your own food and drinks.

Q: Can we reserve spots on the boat?

A: The boat policy is first come first served. We will reserve spots for groups of 10 or more if you call a few days in advance.

 Q: Is it free to park?

A: Yes, There is a large safe parking lot steps away from the dock at no charge to our customers.

 Q:Is the boat ok for children and novices?

A:The boat welcomes all ages and skill levels.

-The crew is happy to help the children and give pointers to the novices to properly learn to use the equipment and hopefully catch a fish.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes we accept credit cards for the fares.
