The Klondike IX and its crew provide the perfect end of school year celebration or educational field trip for kids of all ages. Growing in popularity with schools throughout the tri-state area, our school trips are educational and entertaining as we sail through the East River to the Statue of Liberty. On our way to the Statue of Liberty the DJ will give a tour as we travel through Manhattan. The kids will learn about bridges, buildings, and all the history the shoreline has to offer. The DJ will also be playing the latest hits the entire time so the kids can dance on the top deck while taking in the views.

The cost is only $30 per child and teachers ride free. Also included is the famous Klondike special lunch and the DJ for entertaining fun. In order to keep this cost so low, we must have 100 students guaranteed.

Have comfort in knowing that the Klondike IX is well managed and professionally run. It is United States Coast Guard approved for fishing and cruising ensuring the safety of everyone on board. We are a family owned business for over 95 years, hailing from Pelham, NY in Westchester County.

Captain Pete Pearson welcomes you to a class act and although retired makes a special accommodation to captain the school trips. He loves taking the kids out and they are always sure to have a blast!
